Women have a tremendous opportunity to become agents of creative change in the face of the uncertain and unknown realities of the world today.

Over the past fifteen years I’ve had the honor of speaking to thousands of women change agents, and the one thing I am sure of is this; while the leadership challenges today are enormous, it is this very pressure that is allowing us to birth a whole new way of leading – in alignment with our evolutionary unfolding.

We’ve seen this emerging in the #metoo and #timesup movements, which began in the film world and have cascaded into every industry and area of life.

We’ve seen it in the Women’s March and in the spark in Greta Thunberg’s eye as she speaks truth to power.

I see it every day in the courage of the women in our programs who are transforming burnout into sustainable work rhythms, creating new forms of impactful collaboration and bravely unleashing their innate leadership capacities.

A fresh kind of daring, audacity and boldness is rising within us as women. The conditions are ripe for our innate Deep Feminine and Masculine potential to begin to express itself fully at last.

Today I’m excited to share four shining examples of this new potential rising – a potential I call ‘Mysterial’.

Women Making Waves in Vanuatu

This fascinating article highlights a remote part of the Pacific, where ‘water music’ is helping women deepen their ties to the ocean and strengthen their social and economic standing. The photos contain so much joy! They’ve got me thinking about all the aspects of nature that give me strength. Reflecting on the elements or landscapes that enliven and fortify us can deepen our resilience as we face the leadership challenges of the day.

Emma Thompson Taking A Stand

Emma Thompson recently made a powerful Mysterial Woman heroic move when she stepped away from the film “Luck,” because she refused to work with a man who has been accused of sexual misconduct for decades.

Thompson said, “I am well aware that centuries of entitlement to women’s bodies whether they like it or not is not going to change overnight. Or in a year. But I am also aware that if people who have spoken out — like me — do not take this sort of a stand then things are very unlikely to change at anything like the pace required to protect my daughter’s generation.”

The Prime Minister of Iceland is Building a Paradise for Women

In this article, the Prime Minister of Iceland tells the story of the ‘women’s day off’, and how it highlighted all the visible and invisible tasks, paid and unpaid, that women undertake every day, everywhere, and form the foundation of our communities.

She explains how this day in 1975, on which 90% of women in Iceland refused to perform work, was the beginning of a huge and powerful movement that resulted in an enormous social change in Iceland. You can read all about it here >>

The Five Teenage Girls Who Changed The World

The new generation of brilliant, young, women activists has so much to teach us about resilient leadership in tough times.

May these stories enhance your Feminine leadership and powerful capacity to create meaningful change in your families, communities and workplaces today.

It’s counter-intuitive – by all outward appearances, once women have become successful consultants, executive coaches, leaders or entrepreneurs, they have it made, right?

That’s why it may be surprising to learn that women at this level of leadership thrive in our programs.

They come because they hear the call to expand their leadership influence and impact in this rapidly evolving, massively globalizing environment.

They come because they know that to create the social impact they envision, they need to access their full innate potential.

They come because they are bumping into the limits of their outdated “inner operating system” and have lost their sense of joy, hope, and capacity to hold the complex challenges of their lives and the world.

They know that this time of great change and challenge is calling them to unlock their capacity to nourish their body, heart, mind, and soul while also generating tangible, meaningful results.

And that’s why brilliant, accomplished women like Astrid, Camille, and Larisa join the Depth program – an academically-sound, rigorous, research-based curriculum woven with the ageless wisdom traditions, arts, and the deep practice of an urban mystery school.

Today I’m delighted to share their stories and amazing results with you:

After a serious accident that resulted in a brain injury, Astrid felt the need to reinvent herself. She wasn’t happy, she was worn out, and felt frustrated that the coping techniques she had previously learned weren’t helping her overcome deep-rooted limiting beliefs. After taking the Depth program, Astrid is now enjoying “effortless effort” in her busy and fulfilling life.
