This emergence was unmistakably revealed over the course of 15 years of research.
I was teaching university level leadership programs for women, when clear patterns of universal struggle and a gnawing sense of incongruence began to reveal themselves.
Women were struggling to lead in full authenticity in a hyper-masculine framework that didn’t allow for their full potential to be expressed.
There seemed to be no room for their version of wisdom, love and power that included both a balance of Feminine and Masculine strengths.
A new evolution of woman, that embodied both of these essences, was clearly needed and pushing forth to evolve through these women. Our job through trial and error and working with hundreds of women was to map out the exact pathway of that evolution.
A path that any woman who felt called to, could travel to unfurl into a newly upgraded self.
